Dates and Deadlines
Exhibitor applications close when all booths are sold. Apply Early - Booths typically sell out by mid August.

Payments and Refunds
Payment for your booth can be made by credit card or check. Invoices are provided on request.
Booth cancellations after August 31, 2018 are not refundable. Cancellations on or prior to August 31, 2018 are refunded only if we find a replacement exhibitor for your booth. Exhibitors who do not check in at the Exhibit Hall by 4:00 pm on setup day will forfeit their booth and booth payment.
