All exhibitors at the Marin Senior Fair must read and agree to be bound by the following Exhibitor Agreement. All exhibitors must complete an online application. You can download a PDF version of the Exhibitor Agreement to keep for your records.
Payment for your exhibit booth must be received by July 9, 2018 to receive the discounted Early Booth Rate. Exhibit booth payments are non-refundable. Applications to exhibit close on August 31, 2018.
Booth Setup, Occupancy, and Teardown
Booth setup must be completed between the hours of 12:30 pm and 5:30 pm on October 23, 2018.
Your booth must remain set up, staffed, and intact at all times between the hours of 8:30 am and 3:00 pm on October 24, 2018.
Booth teardown cannot commence before 3:00 pm on October 24, 2018. All booths must be empty and unoccupied by 5:00 pm on October 24, 2018.
Booth space must be left clean and free of trash. Exhibitors can use the provided trash cans and dumpster for their trash. Exhibitors who fail to clean up their booth space will be billed a $50 cleaning fee.
Any booth that is not occupied or set up by 4:00 pm on October 23, 2018 will be forfeited without notice or refund. The Marin Senior Fair has the right to resell or reassign any forfeited booth.
All booth activities must be relevant to the purpose of the Marin Senior Fair, which means they must be relevant to the interests of seniors.
All booth activities must be done within your designated booth space. No items or displays are allowed outside of your booth.
Solicitation of attendees is not allowed outside of your booth.
Exhibitors may not display materials or engage in activities that are illegal or deemed (by the Exhibit Manager or Fair Board) to be inappropriate or unacceptable.
Exhibitors are encouraged to decorate their booths and wear costumes to support the theme of the Fair. This year's theme is Connecting Community, the bringing together of people and organizations for the betterment of seniors. Use your imagination to design a creative, colorful and informative booth presentation.
The selling of goods and services is allowed and must be done within your booth space.
For-profit companies and organizations agree to contribute ten percent (10%) of their gross sales to the Marin Senior Fair. You must contact the Fair Exhibit Manager at, or shortly after, the Fair to arrange payment.
Exhibitors are asked to help promote the Marin Senior Fair by distributing the Fair Flyer. You can request a quantity of the flyer with your application or by contacting the Event Manager.
I agree to the rules of this Exhibitor Agreement and understand that violation of these rules can result in immediate termination of my right to exhibit and may jeopardize my ability to exhibit in future events. I understand that all exhibit fees are not refundable for any reason, no exceptions.
