Exhibitor applications close when all booths are sold. Apply Early - Booths typically sell out by mid August.

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payment for your booth can be made by credit card or check. Invoices are provided on request.
Booth cancellations are refunded only if we find a replacement exhibitor for your booth. A $50 cancellation charge is deducted from all booth cancellations. Exhibitors who do not check in at the Exhibit Hall by 4:00 pm on setup day will forfeit their booth and booth payment.
